Cy's Place is currently a cozy two-bedroom apartment located in the walk-out basement of our home. Wi-Fi, a streaming service, and laundry facilities are available. A sidewalk around the side of our house leads to a private entrance at the back of the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our backyard and neighborhood. Main Room
The main room offers a comfortable and inviting space, furnished with a cozy couch, two chairs, an end table with a lamp, and a floor lamp for added lighting. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance.
Dining Area
The dining area has a table with seating for four, perfect for meals or casual gatherings. Nearby, there’s a play area with a small cabinet stocked with toys to keep children entertained. A convenient desk is also available for guests who need a space to catch up on paperwork or stay organized during their stay.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette features an apartment-sized stove and refrigerator, along with a microwave, toaster, and blender. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as tableware for six—including plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware. Additional mixing bowls and kitchen tools are also available, and towels and dishcloths are provided for your convenience.
Bedroom 1
This bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a small closet.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom contains a queen bed, a dresser, and a closet. There is also a pack-and-play available.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a tub, shower, stool, and sink. Towels and wash cloths are available for use.
